Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales
Latecomers may not be admitted to the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.
You will not be admitted to the auditorium without a valid ticket
Tickets are not refundable unless the performance is cancelled by PB Theatricals. However, tickets may be exchanged for a later performance. (subject to availability) on condition that we receive the tickets at least 72 hours before the performance (7 days for group bookings). There is an administration fee of £2 per ticket. You may be asked to produce proof of status at the theatre if you hold a ticket at a concessionary price.
The plan of the auditorium is produced for guidance only. Seat positions may not be exactly as shown.
Unfortunately, disabled access is extremely limited at both the Art Theatre at New Mills and The Playhouse at Chapel-en-le-Frith.
Patrons with disabilities are advised to contact P B Theatricals before purchasing tickets and to note the access limitations on the auditorium plans.
